VACCINATION

WORMING

Worm regularly until 6 months of age then we advise worming every 3 Months. For Dogs we recommend Milbemax or Drontal Plus. For Cats we recommend Milbemax tablets or Profendor Spot-on.

FLEA CONTROL

We Recommend BRAVECTO  which provides 3 months continuous protections to your dog and cat again Fleas and Ticks.

MICROCHIPS

A tiny microchip is implanted under the skin in the neck of your pet.  Should they stray and be picked up by Dog Warden or brought to a veterinary practice, they will be scanned and the chip's unique 15-digit code will be identified. PetLog’s secure database can then identify your pet as well as your name, address and telephone number so that you can be reunited with your pet again

NEUTERING

There are many medical benefits to having your pet neutered and we are happy to neuter your dog or cat from 6 months of age. Your pet is brought in early morning on the day of the operation and is given an examination pre surgery; your pet will be neutered in the morning or early afternoon and will go home later that evening

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend Pet insurance. It is important to insure your pet to protect yourself against unforeseen costs and to ensure that your pet can receive the best care available. Policies vary so please ask a member of staff for more information

BEHAVIOUR & TRAINING

Puppies and kittens need to be taught what is right and what is wrong. The purchase of a behavioural or training book will help, however we recommend that you take your puppies to puppy classes

FEEDING

The basis of good nutrition is providing everything the body needs to function properly and maintain good health, which is particularly important for growing pets. Please ask and we will guide you to the appropriate diet with 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee.

ADOLESCENT HEALTH CHECK

At 6 months old we will invite your pet back for a free examination. Your pet will have a full 12 point health check ensuring your pet’s health and development as well as answer any questions you may have.
